Initially started as Retail Associate, but demonstrated leadership and rapid personal growth as well as successfully developed retail sales figures and was quickly promoted to Retail Team Lead for Swappie Ruoholahti.

As the Retail Team Lead, my tasks included recruiting new employees, training and tracking key figures for sales and reporting them forward within the company. As our company grew, we saw an opportunity to launch a new store. I was in charge of development and service design for the new flagship retail store. Swappie Iso Omena launched in June 2019.

During my journey with Swappie, I saw our company grow from a small team of 25 people to a whopping bunch of 200 amazing individuals. I am so proud and humbled to have seen this growth and to have been a part of it.
