As the Retail Team Lead at Swappie, my tasks included recruiting new employees, training and tracking key figures for sales and reporting them forward within the company. As our company grew, we saw an opportunity to launch a new store. I was in charge of development and service design as well as contracting and securing deals with suppliers for the new flagship retail store.
Swappie Iso Omena launched in June 2019.
